There's just no substitute for good old-fashioned, face-to-face meetings. I love technology. There are amazing tools out there. But you can't leave personal contact out of the picture altogether.
I just got back from a great day of meeting business owners who share the same joys, challenges, and successes I do. We shared ideas. We got to know more about each other personally. And, surprisingly, we talked very little about our businesses.
These are important opportunities to get to the core of what makes us each tick and share the insights that will lead us all to be better people, better employers, and better entrepreneurs.
